This petition is filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 14.11.2019 made in W.P.No.5874 of 2017.

2.Mr.Ravi Anantha Padmanabhan, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and the list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
