This application has been filed by the applicants / plaintiffs to order for substituted service against the 4th respondent / 4th defendant in any local newspaper.

2. According to the applicants, they are the plaintiffs in the main suit and already summons / notice was taken up to the 4th respondent, but the 4th

respondent is evading from service of summons, therefore, filed this application for substituted service.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the documents placed on record.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and taking note of the fact that already notice has been taken to the 4th respondent / 4th defendant and the same has not yet been served and in order to serve proper notice to the 4th respondent, this application is allowed.
