Respondents (Respondent Nos.9 and 10 suo-motu impleaded as per the order dated 7.2.2020) Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to regulate the lands belongs to the Sri Arulmighu Swarnapureeswarar Temple situated at Sembanarkovil, Tharangampadi Taluk, Nagapattinam District by taking appropriate action against the respondents 7 and 8 and unlawful occupants of lands belongs to the above temple on the basis of the petitioner's
representation dated 27.8.2019.

2. Learned Government Advocate (HR & CE), on instructions, submits that steps would be taken to remove the encroachments from the temple land in accordance with law expeditiously.
