ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner in the supernumerary post of Plot watcher. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.

It is seen from records that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent by his proceedings dated 05.02.2019 has already recommended the petitioner along with four others for being regularised and the files have already been sent to the 2nd respondent. These files are pending 2/4

3 W.P.No.2227 of 2020 and in the meantime, the petitioner has also made a representation to the respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioner pursuant to the recommendation made by the 3rd respondent by his proceedings dated 05.02.2019 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
