This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30103 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30103 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m.
