(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.85 of 2014, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli.

2. When this petition was taken up for hearing on 15.11.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has no instruction from the petitioner and hence he wants to withdraw his appearance. Hence, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and directed to post the matter on 29.11.2021.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.11.2021, though the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there was no representation for the petitioner, hence it is posted to 01.12.2021, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence it seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further.
