ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17613 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27483 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17613 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27483 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024. is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
