The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in pursuant to the rejection order issued by the 3rd respondent in Lr.No.CORP/HR/447/013/2010 dated 15.07.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondents to conduct interview for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer E3/Electrical in Thermal side and allow the petitioner to take part in the said interview and declare the result.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.03.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to day ie., on 12.03.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. Consequently,
