ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 19.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31015 of 2024 in para 4 (b) directing the petitioner to stay in Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, D-1, Triplicane police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

CRL MP NO. 1441 of 2025 petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31015 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m.
