ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19755 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 in para 6 (b) the petitioner to appear before the respondent daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complying with the orders of this Court regularly and hence, prayed for dismissal of the same.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition, it is clear that the petitioner is not complying with the orders passed by this Court regularly and hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner.
