The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 427, 506(ii) of IPC and seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State would submit that the enquiry has been conducted and the same is closed.
He would further submit that there will not be any further enquiry or harassment by the respondent police.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
