1. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 15.11.2019, made in Crl.OP.No.30507 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 15.11.2019. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
