Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the District Collector, Singaravelar Maligai, Chennai - 600 001 and the Tahsildhar, Perambur - Purssaiwalkam Taluk, Chennai the first and second respondent herein not to issue any patta or order or correction in the revenue records with regard to the said property owned by the petitioner temple comprised survey number 132/3, to an extent of 0.97 cents, Kunoor Village, Rajaji Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai, without the knowledge of the petitioner temple.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 28.04.2015 and 15.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. Perused the materials available on record.
3. On a perusal of the representation, it is seen that the entire allegations are civil in nature as against the respondents 4 to 30. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Hence, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
