On a perusal of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents and in consideration of the official memorandum of the Central Vigilance Commission, dated 01.09.2017 and the Central Bureau of Investigation, dated 12.09.2017, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience of the earlier order of this Court dated 21.07.2017. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, connected sub applications are also closed.
