) Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.(C) Nos.6507 to 6518 of 2021. He further submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has also granted an order of stay of the Contempt Petitions. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that, in view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the Contempt Petitions may be closed and liberty may be given to the petitioners to file Contempt Petitions in the case of the petitioners succeeding before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Contempt Petitions are closed and it is open to the petitioners to file Contempt Petitions in the event of they succeeding in the Special Leave Petitions pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
