ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.6 (b) of Crl.O.P.No.29956 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29956 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m.
