PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 19.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25630 of 2024 that para No.6 (b) the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 19.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25630 of 2024 that para No.6 (b) the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25630 of 2024 on 19.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once is a week i.e., every Monday 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
