Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writs of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the concerned records from the 1st respondent in C.P.No. 228/1999,225/1999 and 227/1999 dated 15.12.2006 respectively as illegal arbitrary perverse contrary to law and contrary to evidence on record.

COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J) These writ appeals have been filed against the common order dated 26.11.2008 made in W.P.Nos.29845, 29904 and 30214 of 2007.

The learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that other writ appeals filed against orders in the other connected writ petitions, which were dismissed by a common order, were dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court. However, the learned counsel for the appellant is unaware about the writ appeal numbers or the date of dismissal. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that his submission may be placed on record and the writ appeals may be dismissed as such.

3. In view of the said submission, the above writ appeals stand dismissed. Consequently, all connected pending MPs are also dismissed.
