JUDGMENT

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, both side counsel present and represented that the matter is amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) attached to High Court, Madras. Mediation was also conducted and Terms of Mediation Agreement dated 23.10.2025 which has been duly signed by the appellants and the respondent and also by their respective counsels.

2. This Court perused the Terms of Mediation Agreement dated 23.10.2025. The parties have amicably settled the matter between them. Therefore, this Court decreed the appeal in SA. No.819 of 2010 in accordance with the Terms of Mediation Agreement arrived at between the parties in Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras. The Terms of Mediation Agreement dated 23.10.2025 along with the plan shall form part and parcel of the decree in SA No.819 of 2010.

3. The Second Appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 01-07-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MTL To
