Since typographical error in mentioning the crime number in the cause title has crept in, the present petition is filed to amend the crime number.

2. From the record, this Court finds that instead of Crime No.3 of 2018 in the cause title of the petition, it is mentioned as Crime No.2 of 2018, same has been reflected in the order passed by this Court on 25.07.2019.

3. Considering the averments made in the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order copy by substituting the correct crime number in the cause title.
