No.03/2020 against the petitioner husband Parthiban @ Jagan, male aged 31 years S/o. Aaron who is confined at Central Prison Vellore, and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.This Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu challenging the detention order passed against the detenu viz., Parthiban @ Jagan, S/o.Aaron, aged about 31 years by the Second Respondent in Order B3/D.O. No.03/2020 dated 21.01.2020 under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the Second respondent against the detenu.

4.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
