ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu viz., Althaf S/o.Saleem, aged 25 years. The detenu has been detained by the second respondent by his order in Memo No.B3/D.O.No.04/2020 dated 23.01.2020, holding him to be a "Sand Offender", as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

contemplated under Section 2(gg) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [crl.side] appearing for the State. It is seen that the detention order in Memo No.B3/D.O.No.04/2020 dated 23.01.2020 passed against the detenu viz., Althaf S/o.Saleem, aged 25 years, has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2020. In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
