ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for contempt of Court fr the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.34722 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on respondent submitted that the orders have been passed in the appeal filed by the petitioner through proceeding dated 15.02.2021. A copy of the order was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
