This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at the time of filing the claim petition before the Court below, since the 2nd and 3rd petitioner herein were minors, they were shown as minors in the cause title of the claim petition. However, as on date the 2nd petitioner is aged about 23 years and the 3rd petitioner is aged about 22 years. Hence, he requests this Court to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

3. By recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the above appeal in the regular course.
