ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions ie., 05.02.2025, 12.02.2025 and 17.02.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 26.02.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, ie., 26.02.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. 2/4

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
