Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2019 and regularize the service of the petitioner by extending all benefits as provided under the Government order in G.O. (Ms) No.233, Public Works (C2) Department, dated 06.12.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now become infructuous. He has made an endorsement to that effect in the Case bundle. However, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that liberty may be granted to the petitioner, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, to approach the Court.

2. In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
