Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first Respondent relating to G.O. Ms. No.78, Tourism and Culture (Su.2) Department, dated 07.05.2008, and to quash the same and to direct the Respondent to strictly adhere to the rule of ratio of 1:3 between direct Recruitment and holders of the posts of Publication Assistant (Assistant Publicatiion Officer) Receptionist Grade I (Assistant Tourist Officer Grade I) and Receptionist Grade II (Assitant Tourist Officer, Grade II) and desist from incluidng the post of Superintendent of a feeder category for the recruitment by transfer to the post of tourist Officer.
