ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter, K.Shyamala aged 23 years before the Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter K.Shyamala, aged about 23 years went missing on 29.11.2015, in connection with which the petitioner lodged a complaint and since the police did not take any effective steps to secure the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's daughter Shyamala has come back. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
