This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to stay all further proceedings and to call for the records in connection with the FIR in Crime No.18 of 2016 dated 11.06.2016 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, W 32, All Women Police Station, Madipakkam, Chennai pending disposal of the above quash petition 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is seen from the FIR, there is no specific allegations as against the petitioner. Though he is being the husband of the defacto complainant and all the allegations are as against the in-laws namely the other accused persons. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to delete the name of the petitioner and proceed with the investigation as against the other accused persons and complete the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2016 and file a final report within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.

Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
