Mr.J.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first and second respondents. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed for mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2018, wherein and whereby, he seeks for certain information and the copy of the allotment order issued in favour of the 3rd to 10th respondents in respect of the subject matter land.

3. Needless to say that if the petitioner is seeking certain information and copies of documents, it is for him to workout his remedy by resorting to the provisions made under the R.T.I Act. Without doing so, merely making a representation for furnishing information without making an appropriate application is not a proper course.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy under the R.T.I Act. No costs.
