This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2019 in accordance with law. However, the jurisdictional Tahsildar is Tittagudi Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit fresh representation before the Tahsildar, Tittagudi Taluk, Coimbatore District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, Tahsildar, Tittagudi Taluk, Coimbatore District is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation made by the petitioner, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
