This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the unlawful obstruction made by the respondents 5 to 7 over the pathway in Survey No.405/1B (part-3) at Mecheri Village, Dhasanoor Kattuvalavu, Mettu Taluk, by exercising powers under Section 143 to 153 Cr.P.C.

2.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have filed a civil suit and they will work out their remedy before the Civil Court in the civil suit.
