Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GNANADESIKAN LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.BARANIDHARAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Writ Petitioner has filed this Miscellaneous Petition seeking a direction to the 3rd Respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs.1,74,378/- immediately, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

As the relief sought for in this Miscellaneous Petition is similar to the relief sought in the Writ Petition, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought in this Petition. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
