This Review application has been filed to review the order dated 27.08.1997 made in C.R.P. No.2177 of 1997 on the file of this Court.

2. Though the review application is pending from the year

1998, the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.09.2017 and 18.09.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant took time to get instructions. Today i.e., 21.09.2017, when the matter is listed for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the review applicant.
