This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram", instead of "to appear before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation" as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29545 of 2022 on 08.12.2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.

4. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
