Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to the show cause notice No.AEE/O & M/Sembium/Theft of ele./camp/07, dated 07.08.2007 and quash the same, directing the respondent to refund the excess money collected from the petitioner under the guise of compounding amount or in the alternative direct the respondent to adjust the amount towards the consumption of electricity charges to be paid by the petitioner.
