ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 29.12.2018 and 24.01.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner through his representations has sought to remove the encroachment from the land acquired by the highways.

3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondents 1 and 2 have considered the representations of the petitioner and he has also produced the photograph showing the present status of the subject land.

4.Upon hearing the submissions made by either parties and perusal of the photograph produced by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, it is evident that the representations of the petitioner have

been considered by the respondents 1 and 2 and at present, there is no encroachment in the subject land.

5.In view of the above, recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
