PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order dated 05.12.2023 passed in I.A.No.307 of 2023 in O.S.No.45 of 2023 by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur on re-issuing the commission warrant and thereby directing the Advocate/Commissioner to peruse all the necessary documents and to file an advanced report.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the main suit was already dismissed for default on 18.07.2025 and nothing survives for further consideration in the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, in case of restoration of suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed. No costs.
