This petition has been filed to modify the condition as the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.O.P.No.29546 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29546 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.-I, Villupuram, every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months months.
