Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the demand raised under the orders impugned in this Writ Petition have been settled under the Tamil Nadu Taxes (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2023 and hence the petitioner does not wish to pursue this Writ Petition.

2. He has also makes an endorsement to this effect, recording which, this Writ Petition and the connected Miscellaneous Petition are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
