Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu/son of the petitioner has been remanded to Judicial custody in connection with Crime No.427 of 2018 on the file of Erode Police Station for offence under Sections 380 and 457 IPC and presently is at Central Prison, Coimbatore, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
