The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.09.2015 and 21.09.2015 as well as the reminders dated 12.10.2015, 22.02.2016 and 31.01.2016 requesting to hand over the possession of the RO site land (OLD S.F.No.56/3 & NEW S.F.No.84/2) on the expiration of the lease agreement No.3195/97.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was considered and the possession was handed over to her and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
