ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife Dheivanai, aged 33 years, who is under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

custody of third respondent herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the Husband of the detenue.

2. Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 07.08.2019, the District Superintendent of Police, Dharmapuri is present before this Court.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is case of second time elopement of the detenue with the third respondent and efforts are on to trace the detenue.

4. Considering the abovesaid submission, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer. However, the investigation shall go on and as and when the detenue is secured, she shall be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. We may also note that a Special Team has already been formed, on the instruction of District Superintendent of Police.

5. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
