2. The present Second Appeal is filed against the concurrent findings of both the courts below and the same is also not admitted so far. Since the second appeal is of the year 2010 and sufficient opportunities were given to the appellant, this Court is not inclined to grant any adjournment. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
