ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 03.01.2019 submitted by the petitioner requesting enhancement of FSI (Floor Space Index) area. When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel for the respondent would submit that now, the Government have increased FSI area from 1.5 to 2.0. Recording the said submission, since the floor space index is increased to 2.0 as requested by the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
