This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29419 of 2024 by an order dated 12.12.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 41 days and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai in C.C.No.1038 of 2023. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 18.02.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29419 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai in C.C.No.1038 of 2023, on 18.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Special Judge.
