ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner expect by due process of law.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is called for enquiry frequently without issuing any notice to him, hence, he sought a direction to the respondent/police not to harass the petitioner. 3.In view of the same, in any event, the respondent/police is directed to call the petitioner for conducting enquiry by issuing notice, if required.
