PRAYER : Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the second respondent bearing R.C.No.27189/E3(1)/2002, dated 25.08.2005 and consequential order passed by the first respondent Khadi Board proceedings order No.42 dated 06.10.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the arrears of pay/service benefits to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in R.C.No.27189/E3(1)/2002, dated 25.08.2005 and consequential order passed by the first respondent Khadi Board in proceeding order No.42 dated 06.10.2006, quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of pay/service benefits to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was posted for today, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. In view of the above fact that even after giving several opportunities to the petitioner, there is no representation on behalf of him and since the matter is pending from the year 2007, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
