This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Respondent police on first and third saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P. No.17958 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.22642 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Respondent police on first and third saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P. No.17958 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.22642 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024, is relaxed.
