(Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) The writ petition has been filed by the Union of India represented by its General Manager, Southern Railway along with its functionary challenging the order dated 12.10.2022 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench in O.A.No.297 of 2016.

2. Though this Court had granted interim stay of operation of the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal at the time of entertaining the writ petition on 02.02.2023, so far, the respondents 2 & 3 have not filed the counter affidavits. Therefore, the interim order is made absolute and the writ miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.

3. Accepting the request made by the learned counsel appearing for both parties to take up the writ petition for final disposal, Registry is directed to list the writ petition for final disposal on 05th September, 2023.
